How we cover vendors
Most vendor coverage online is either marketing from the vendor or an affiliate review ranking whoever pays the highest commission. We do neither. Each analysis states the vendor's claims plainly, then weighs them against documented implementation reality. We also refuse to treat the CRM as the whole story — for enterprise buyers, AI quality is decided as much by the data platform feeding the CRM and the contact center acting on it.
